North American Trips

What’s included:

· AYC t-shirt
· AYC journal
· Housing expenses
· Food expenses
· Sightseeing expenses based on itinerary
· Medical trip insurance
· Onsite transportation expenses

What’s NOT included:

· Travel to and from host city
· Meals at the airport
· Immunizations (if required)
· Luggage fees for flight to host city
· Passports (if required)
· Trip Cancellation Insurance
· WiFi access (note: some hotels provide WiFi free of charge)
· Snacks purchased between meals
· Souvenirs

Global Trips

What’s included:

· AYC t-shirt
· AYC luggage tag
· AYC journal
· International flight
· International luggage based on luggage policy
· Onsite transportation expenses
· Housing expenses
· Food expenses
· Sightseeing expenses based on itinerary
· Medical trip insurance

What’s NOT included:

· Travel to and from departure city
· Luggage fees to and from departure city
· Meals at the airport
· Visas
· Immunizations (if required)
· Passports
· Trip Cancellation Insurance
· WiFi access (note: some hotels provide WiFi access free of charge)
