Below is a link to the new platform that AYC will be using to process applications and house trip information. On September 1, 2024, this link will display the 2025 trip destinations. This is the link that will direct you to the applications for 2025 trips which will open on November 1, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. CST and close January 1, 2025.

The application deadline is January 1st! As trips fill up, they will be closed individually.
Before you apply, please read the details below:
What you will need to apply:
- Pastoral Permission. Be sure you have spoken with your pastor before beginning your application.
- $200 Application Fee (have your debit or credit card handy). This fee will go toward the total cost of your trip and is nonrefundable.
- A picture of you, available for upload into the application.
Other important application information:
- You will be able to select your desired trip on the application. There are limited spots available on our open trips and trips will fill up fast! Once a trip is full, no new applications will be accepted for that trip (we do not have waiting lists). Please do not wait to apply!
- To complete your application, we will need a Pastoral Reference form submitted by your Pastor. The link will be emailed to you upon submission of your application form, and is available on the website under “Resources“.
- Acceptance communication will be emailed to you within 10-20 business days of your completed application. Depending on the number of applicants, processing might take longer than the normal 10 business days. i.e business days are Monday-Friday.
- If an applicant is missing any important information on their application, the AYC team will contact them via email.
