Read the information below:
What you will need to apply:
- $200 Application Fee (have your debit or credit card handy). This fee will go toward the total cost of your trip and is nonrefundable.
- A picture of you, available for upload into the application.
Other important application information:
- To complete your application, we will need a Pastoral Reference form submitted by your Pastor. The link will be emailed to you upon completion of your application, and will be available on the website under “Resources”.
- Our 2021 Application Deadline for all trips is January 15th, 2021.
- Trips will fill up fast! Once a trip is full, no new applications will be accepted for that trip (we do not have waiting lists). Do not wait to apply!
- If an applicant is missing any important information on their application, the AYC team will contact them via email.
- Acceptance communication will be emailed to you within 10-20 business days of your completed application. Depending on the number of applicants, processing might take longer than the normal 10 business days. i.e business days are Monday-Friday.
